外來人口換發「新式統一證號」客戶資料變更注意事項

親愛的客戶您好，

內政部移民署自110年1月2日起，全面進行「外來人口新式統一證號」換發作業，新式統一證號調整為「1碼英文+9碼數字」之新式證號格式，若您已換發新式統一證號，提醒您下列事項：

  1. 若您持居留證(含外國自然人/大陸地區人民/香港澳門居民)向本公司投保，請您準備下列資料向本公司辦理變更統一證號：         
         (1) 批改/契約變更申請書(車險、火險、傷健險、意外險) 
         (2) 新式統一證號正反面影本(親辦請攜帶正本以利核對) 
  1. 準備好相關資料後，請至本公司全台各分支機構親辦、郵寄至本公司總公司/分公司行政中心或請業務員送件辦理。
  2. 如有疑問，請洽本公司客服專線0800-288-068，我們將竭誠為您服務。

New UI No. Format for Foreign Nationals

Dear Customer,

The Ministry of the Interior’s National Immigration Agency (NIA) has been issuing new UI Nos. for foreign nationals since January 2, 2021. The new format consists of one English letter followed by nine numbers. If you have already applied for your new UI No., may we kindly remind you of the following:

  1. If you are our policyholder and a foreign national (including foreign nationals, people of the Mainland area and residents of Hong Kong and Macau), please provide us with the following to change your UI No.:           
   (1) Endorsement/ Policy Change Request Form (Motor Insurance, Fire Insurance, Accident and Health Insurance, Liability Insurance)
  (2) Photocopy of the front and back of your new UI No. (if you visit our office in person, please bring the original copy of your new UI No. for verification)
  1. Once you have gathered the relevant documents, please visit any of our locations in person, mail the documents to our head office/branch office administration centers or contact your insurance agent for assistance.
